Things I have learnt

Lessons I have learnt this week whilst training:

1.Being a big girl entails sweat rash on thighs
2. Sweat rash burns when you put moisturiser on it
3. Blisters are par for the course, but blisters on top of blisters hurt
4. Stretching is super important or you end up looking like John Wayne
5. Baths are your best friend

I am sure there will be many more lessons to learn along the way but these are the ones I have come across thus far.

Distance completed: 12 miles
Feelings: accomplished but sore

Thoughts for the week: do not belittle your achievements. It’s a fab goal for you and you’re doing well. Stop comparing yourself to others, you will get to their level eventfully.
NO PAIN NO GAIN
