Okay, maybe it is just because my body isn’t used to it all, or it’s because my size is putting a lot of stress on some joints but ouch bloody ouch. My knees hurt, my ankles hurt. The muscles don’t hurt but my bones so.
They ache and the hurt. Getting in and out of bed hurt. Going up and down the stairs hurt.
I have had to take anti inflammatory medication to try and ease it. It hurts.
Why should I do?
Should I carry on as if nothing is hurting? Or should I rest a little? I really want to do it all though! I want to be able to run 5K by Christmas. I want to take part in Shredtober. I want to carry on, but I hurt and ache and feel old. I feel sore beyond explanation. Gah! I’m cross!!
