Running week one finished!

I have completed the first week of training to run 5K. I am unbelievably proud. Ridiculously proud.
This is fantastic considering I haven’t done serious exercise in an age.
I found the run tonight a bit easier. I still sweated masses and masses but I found that I wanted to run longer than the app was telling me.
I’m looking forward to embracing week two of this challenge and really really going for it.
I am going to prove to myself that I can do this!
I will do this!
